Ermanno Costabile, PT, OCS, has been a physical therapist for over 30 years. He graduated from Fordham University with a BS degree in biology in 1985. He received his Physical Therapy Degree from The University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1987. Since graduating, he has worked in outpatient physical therapy , both as a staff physical therapist, as well as a manager of multiple clinics. In 1996, he became an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), a prestigious specialty recognized within the American Physical Therapy Association. Ermanno’s specialties include treating patients with joint replacement, treating patients with sports injuries, treating patients with foot/ ankle dysfunction including video gait analysis and custom foot orthotic fabrication, treating patients with balance issues and fall prevention, treating patients with fibromyalgia/chronic pain and tmj dysfunction/cervical headaches.
JANE BRANNON, PT
Staff Physical Therapist
Jane Brannon, PT, graduated from the University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1979. Since that time, she has worked in a variety of clinical settings, giving her a diverse and extensive treatment background. Jane’s most extensive experience, however, has been in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Her areas of expertise include patients with spine disorders, geriatrics/osteoporosis, TMJ dysfunction, and balance dysfunction.
CHRIS ROSEBOOM, PT

Chris Roseboom, a local Catonsville resident, graduated from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2000 and has pursued his field in outpatient orthopaedics. Chris takes an evidence based philosophy towards treating patients with various diagnoses including vertigo, post-surgical shoulders, knees and both chronic and acute sports and work related injuries.
STEPHANIE KIM, PT, DPT

Stephanie attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012 after obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2007 from the University of Maryland College Park. Special interest lies in manual therapy combined with patient education on movement, exercise, and ways to facilitate lasting changes. Stephanie has completed the Janet Travell, MD Seminar Series dry needling training program instructed by internationally renowned Jan Dommerholt and others, earning a certification as a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT) in Dry Needling through Myopain Seminars. She has also taken courses focusing on McKenzie approach for spine dysfunction, Kinesiotaping, and soft tissue mobilization techniques. Stephanie strives to further her education and skills as a physical therapist. Outside of work she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with her family. Stephanie grew up in Ellicott City and currently resides in Columbia with her husband and three children.
JESS AGA
Staff Physical Therapy Assistant
Jess attended Salisbury University and graduated from the Anne Arundel Community College Physical Therapy Assistant program in 2014. He has 5 years of experience and specializes in post-surgical outpatient rehabilitation as well as return-to-sport athlete rehabilitation. As a former athlete, he has a sport specific approach to treatment of high school athletes to return them to their previous performance level.
Jess enjoys treating all age ranges, with an ultimate goal of returning each patient to their former level of function. Outside of work, Jess enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, intramural sports, and spending time on his boat fishing and wakeboarding.
