Ermanno Costabile, PT, OCS, has been a physical therapist for over 30 years. He graduated from Fordham University with a BS degree in biology in 1985. He received his Physical Therapy Degree from The University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1987. Since graduating, he has worked in outpatient physical therapy , both as a staff physical therapist, as well as a manager of multiple clinics. In 1996, he became an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), a prestigious specialty recognized within the American Physical Therapy Association. In 2005 he opened Catonsville Physical Therapy, and then added a satellite location in Sykesville in 2009. Ermanno’s specialties include treating patients post-op joint replacement, sports injuries, foot/ ankle dysfunction including video gait analysis and custom foot orthotic fabrication, balance issues and fall prevention, fibromyalgia/chronic pain and TMJ dysfunction/cervical headaches. Chris Roseboom, a local Catonsville resident, graduated from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2000 and has pursued his field in outpatient orthopaedics. He joined Catonsville and Sykesville Physical Therapy in 2007. Chris takes an evidence based philosophy towards treating patients with various diagnoses including vertigo, post-surgical shoulders, knees and both chronic and acute sports and work related injuries. Stephanie attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012 after obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2007 from the University of Maryland College Park. She joined Catonsville and Sykesville Physical Therapy in 2022. Her special interests lie in manual therapy combined with patient education on movement, exercise, and ways to facilitate lasting changes. Stephanie has completed the Janet Travell, MD Seminar Series dry needling program, earning a certification as a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT). She has also taken courses focusing on McKenzie approach for spine dysfunction, Kinesiotaping, and soft tissue mobilization techniques. Stephanie strives to further her education and skills as a physical therapist. Jess attended Salisbury University and graduated from the Anne Arundel Community College Physical Therapy Assistant program in 2014. His experience specializes in post-surgical outpatient rehabilitation as well as return-to-sport athlete rehabilitation. Jess joined Catonsville and Sykesville Physical Therapy in 2018. As a former athlete, he has a sport specific approach to treatment of high school athletes to return them to their previous performance level. Jess enjoys treating all age ranges, with an ultimate goal of returning each patient to their former level of function. Outside of work, Jess enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, intramural sports, and spending time on his boat fishing and wakeboarding. Originally from NC, Lillian graduated with her doctorate in Physical Therapy from George Washington University in 2016. Since graduation she has gone on to receive CMPT residency training through NAIOMT, an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist designation from the APTA, and her CMPTP dry needling certification through MyoPain Seminars. Her special interests lie in manual therapy and patient education; with the focus of getting patients back to doing what they love. She joined Catonsville and Sykesville Physical Therapy in 2023. Lillian specializes in treating patients with BPPV/vertigo, post-concussion, foot and ankle injuries, and sports injuries. She also brings almost 10 years of experience treating EDS/POTS and hypermobility disorders. Outside of work she enjoys baking, and camping/hiking with her family and dogs. Jane Brannon, PT, graduated from the University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1979. Since that time, she has worked in a variety of clinical settings, giving her a diverse and extensive treatment background. Jane’s most extensive experience, however, has been in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Her areas of expertise include patients with spine disorders, geriatrics/osteoporosis, TMJ dysfunction, and balance dysfunction. Jane joined Catonsville and Sykesville Physical Therapy in 2006. (From left to right) Claire (since 2015), Joanna Riggin (2009), Angela McNulty (2005) and Angie Lehman (2014) are members of our invaluable front desk team. Claire, Joanna and Angie manage all aspects of scheduling, coordination of patient care with their physicians, and depending on the day, leading patients through their physical therapy programs. Joanna handles patient insurance verifications and authorizations as well. Angela is responsible for handling all insurance and patient billing, managing many of the office's daily operations and the credentialing of all physical therapists.
